CrossFit Oakland offers a variety of programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of our members:
Group Classes: Our signature CrossFit classes incorporate varied workouts that change daily, keeping you engaged and challenged. Each class is led by a coach who will guide you through warm-ups, workouts, and cooldowns.
Personal Training: For those looking for more individualized attention, our personal training sessions provide tailored workouts designed to meet your specific goals, whether you’re aiming for weight loss, muscle gain, or improved athletic performance.
Teen Programs: We believe in instilling a love for fitness from a young age. Our youth program focuses on building foundational strength and fitness in a fun, safe environment, promoting healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Our Intro to CrossFit Package includes 10 Private Training sessions with a qualified coach where we will teach you the fundamental movements you will need to stay safe and succeed in group classes.

Private Training
While our group-coaching program is designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community, when it comes to achieving specific goals, nothing beats private coaching. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or just prefer a more personal setting, an individually designed program equates to faster results. Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching
What you eat and drink, how you sleep and manage stress and other lifestyle choices affect your performance in the gym and beyond. No matter what your goals are – lose fat, gain muscle, look good naked (or all of the above!) —addressing your nutrition and lifestyle can help you achieve those goals. Consultations will be tailored to your individual goals and lifestyle and give you the coaching and support you need.
Teen Classes
Open to all teenagers 13 - 18 year old: We meet every Tuesday/Thursday at 4pm after school at 1313 67th Street, Emeryville CA 94608
The program is open to all interested teens – girls and boys. No experience needed, but at least one 1:1 assessment session is required before joining us in-person. We will teach you everything you need to know in a safe environment with experienced, knowledgeable and licensed Coaches.
