Prior to being able to participate in any of the classes, new CrossFitters must complete at least 6 sessions of one-on-one personal training at a discounted rate, or take part in one of the On-Ramp Classes that are offered periodically throughout the year. The purpose of these sessions is to teach the bevy of moves that we employ in our training, to introduce new trainees to our style of workouts, and to discuss individual training goals.

The set of six, one-on-one sessions is known as our New CrossFitter Package and costs $400. On-Ramp classes last one month, include 12 classes, and cost $199.

There are no mandatory memberships, hidden costs, huge up-front administrative fees, or deposits.  We want you to return because you want to, not because you have to.
