Class Schedule

CrossFit Oakland currently offers two options to satisfy your training needs:

  1. CrossFit Class

    This is CrossFit training practiced in a group environment, à la the WOD from CrossFit.com. CrossFit classes employ constantly varied functional movements executed at varying intensities (in other words, plenty of fun and plenty of challenge). These workouts are scaled to the ability of the individual and anyone can do them, whether a beginner or an elite athlete.


  2. Individual Coaching

    Individual Coaching is geared toward the individual (or a small group of individuals) and focuses on teaching CrossFit foundational movements and skills, physical conditioning, and the development of consistent, health-supporting habits (think nutrition and recovery). In addition, for competitive athletes, we can provide you with the comprehensive, broad-based conditioning you need in order to excel at your sport of choice.

    Individual coaching can range in size from one trainee (one-on-one) to four trainees (one-on-four).
