Spend your Valentine's morning getting a muscle-up! Tomorrow at 11a.m., Candace Hamilton will be holding a Muscle-Up Clinic! Candace will review progressions for beginners and discuss the finer points for those who are in the process of perfecting form. The clinic is open to members and non-members. The cost is $20.

I want to thank Patrick for the coaching today. I can honestly say that there were times his imploring made me get back on the bar(s) faster than I would have otherwise.

I also am pondering the difference between motivation, encouragement, coaching and my just wanting to finish so I didn't have to hear his voice any more.

(Just kidding; P, you have been gracious with the encouragement since I met you.)

Just a quick note on yesterday's best performance:

Candace was the first athlete at CFO to break the 4-minute barrier on C2B Fran, male or female.

It was a legit performance and I was fortunate to be there to witness it!

Let's see who will step up in the coming months to match such a feat.

MJJ, how about 11:30. Should be about time the high standard will be taught for those who choose to use them. Don't be mad that I am currently one up on you!

so yesterdy I did Fran right next to Candace.

I thought all of the cheering was for me! And I'm thinking, "hey, I'm just finishing the first round, whats all the commotion?"

But then I realized everyone was cheering Candace! Including me!
