Happy New Year Everyone!

Nice video, cool to see some folks I haven't seen in a bit. Very nice. Can we get a new couch? I loved that old stinky thing. I liked taking naps on it when I showed up too early.

Wishing everyone many blessings for the new year!

Brad.

Happy New Year, CFO!

So happy to have discovered you in 2008. Looking forward to 2009!

Leigh

I wasn't able to be much of a CFO athlete this year, but I've been entertained and inspired by the growth and quality of the community and performances this year.

Even though I may never move back to the Bay Area, you will always be my home affiliate.

Good luck to everyone in 2009. I expect the affiliate trophy to stay in The O where it belongs.

Thanks Nicole!

Tim, where did you move to?

Wow, some serious FGB performances. Nice job Journey & Manwell...and MJJ--that's just sick. Anyone get that on video?

Nice video, Nicole. I love CFO! I hope that I'll be able to get back in there regularly soon...I'm starting to get soft.

Happy New Year, all!

Is CFO on weekend hours or regular Friday hours tomorrow?

My high points of 2008
1. the community and friends that i've made at cfo
2. watching my son enjoy working out at cfo
3. the great support i've received while trying to make personal and professional changes in my life - this inspires me everyday
with all this good there's of course the bittersweet - saying goodbye to edgar as he and the family moved to NY to pursue their dreams. we miss you, friend.
i'm looking forward to another year of learning to refine my nutrition, stronger, faster, and becoming a top-performing 45 year-old crossfitter. crossfit oakland is awesome.
